Added the /P1 and /P2 parameters to toggle file deletion prompting on
or off.

Adjusted DIRARC /? screen.

Fixed bug in INSTALL.EXE that caused improper directory assignment if
program was installed from a directory other than the root.

DIRARC v1.10 program feature updates will include:

CRC checking on completed archive before deleting archived files.

Optional sub-directory deletion, if sub-directories exist.

Support for other than normal compression rate. (i.e. PK's extra
compression).
